The restaurant was built in 1975 thanks to Giovanni and Baingia
Pintus.
Since the beginings , the aim of the founders was to preserve
the old cooking traditions, in order to be transmitted to the
generation to come.

the founders begin to put in action a closer collaboration with
one of the greatest-specialist about sardinian cuisine Mr. Giovanni
Serra.

Paolo, Massimo and Marilena,
Who follow the original tradition.
